Job Description

Sales roles for FRLS (Flame Retardant Low Smoke) wires involve promoting high-safety electrical cables to B2B clients, construction firms, and distributors, with a core focus on achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. These positions require technical knowledge of wire specifications, such as fire propagation resistance and low toxic emission standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed budgeted sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory or prod

uct line.

Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new customers, including builders, contractors, and industrial clients, while expanding distribution networks (dealers/wholesalers).

Technical Sales & Product Promotion: Educate customers on the advantages of FRLS wires, such as enhanced safety, durability, and compliance with building codes.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, handle inquiries, and ensure satisfaction to foster repeat business.

Order Execution & Negotiation: Manage the entire sales cycle, from issuing quotations and negotiating prices to finalizing payment terms and ensuring timely delivery.

Market Analysis & Reporting: Track competitor activities, analyze market trends, and submit regular sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Usually 2–5 years of experience in sales, with specific knowledge of the electrical wire/cable industry preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of FRLS, ZHFR (Zero Halogen Flame Retardant), and other specialized cable types.

Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective negotiation techniques.

Education: Bachelor's degree is often required, especially for specialized or technical sales roles.
