Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role based in New Delhi, offering a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility. As a Sales Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating leads, and driving sales of our AI-powered solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in customer service, conducting training sessions for clients, and managing sales processes. You will play a key role in contributing to revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Demonstrated skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to assist in providing Training to clients on products and services.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Knowledge or experience in using AI-powered tools or social media management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
