Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bhilai. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, respond to inquiries, conduct consultations, and present suitable photography and cinematography packages. The role involves managing leads, following up on prospects, maintaining client relationships, and supporting contract finalization and booking processes. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with the studio team to understand services, pricing, and scheduling, and may assist with basic marketing or promotional activities to drive new business.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and understand their needs.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to handle inquiries, convert leads, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to learn offerings quickly and potentially guide junior team members or support staff.
Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, hospitality, events, or service-based industries, preferably in photography or wedding services.
Candidates should demonstrate basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
