We are looking for a Sales Specialist role for Bangalore location, who will be part of our Sales Team in India.

Min Years and must have experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Datacentre products of HPE, DELL, NUTANIX, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco and others to Govt & Corporate customers respectively.
- In depth knowledge of Networking products (Server, Storage, backup, HCI, Switching, Routing, WIFI, SD-WAN, Conf solutions, IOT, Passive NW etc)
Role Description
- Experience in selling to Corporate, Govt and Regional customers respectively
- Deliver results in Hunting and Farming accounts (New acquisitions and Account Management)
- Should possess knowledge in acquiring new clients through various channels
- Should perform any other relevant roles and responsibilities as and when assigned by customer
- Present Value Point portfolio effectively to every customer
- Be sensitive to Sales target achievement, over achieve Periodic sales targets (Gross Profit based)
- Maintain sales reports as desired by the management
- Utilization of CRM tool on a regular basis and maintain data up-to date
- Mostly Meet customers F2F.
- Build and manage CXO level relationship, including overall account mapping
- Likewise Map and Maintain OEM relationship effectively
Technical & Sales skills
- Leading basic technical conversation to understand the customer requirement and probe into an opportunity related to Datacenter and Network
- Basic knowledge on configuration and functionality of Server, Storage Backup, HCI, Virtualization, Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN etc.,
- Whiteboarding skills on DC and NW technologies is an added advantage.

- Details Account/customer mapping and Account/customer management
- Understanding of P&L, Revenue/TL and Gross profits/BL
