Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of critical power product ranges ( UPS and AVC ) within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will deliver on both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your knowledge by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of critical power product ranges ( UPS and AVC ) within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Sales Growth & Business Development: Increase sales performance in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, developing clear conversion strategies, maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline, and meeting regional sales targets.
Customer Relationship & Account Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with Channel Partners, OEM, Industrial customer, building and utility end users. Engage customers regularly to understand their needs, resolve issues, and act as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
Market Development & Product Promotion: Identify and develop new market opportunities for the UPS and PCS product ranges within the assigned area and consistently promote UPS and PCS product ranges through seminars, promotional events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Forecasting, Communication & Strategy Alignment: Communicate delivery timelines, payment terms, and commercial conditions in line with company strategy, provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence, and ensure smooth information flow between customers, marketing, and internal teams.
Qualifications for the role:
Possess 10+ years of relevant experience in the UPS industry with solid technical and commercial acumen.
In-depth knowledge of UPS products, applications, power quality solutions, and market dynamics across industrial and commercial sectors.
B.E. / B.Tech or higher qualification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated experience in direct sales, business development, account management, and cross-selling of products and integrated solutions.
Demonstrated customer relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with channel partners, OEMs, consultants, and end users.
Clear verbal and written communication abilities complemented by persuasive presentation skills and effective stakeholder coordination.
Experienced in negotiating and resolving issues, prioritizing customer needs to deliver business results through a professional, solution-focused outlook.
