AI Sales Associate — Tech Sales

Compensation: Three Months internship and post that ₹2.40 LPA on conversion + performance incentives

Reports to: Founder/Director Delivery

True Tech Professionals is an AI product development agency. We build AI-powered products — from idea to deployed MVP in 6-8 weeks. We've delivered 66 projects across 9 industries, with 5 AI products running in production that we built for ourselves.

We've also built our own AI-powered sales platform (PipeAI) that automates lead discovery, personalization, multi-channel outreach, and reply handling. You'll be one of the first people to use it daily — and help shape how it evolves.

The Role

You'll work directly with the Founder to sell AI product development services to startup founders who've recently raised funding (Seed to Series A) in the US and UK. This isn't traditional cold calling or generic sales — you'll use AI-powered tools to find, qualify, and engage prospects across email and LinkedIn.

What makes this different from a typical sales internship:

  • You'll operate an AI sales platform (PipeAI) that most companies spend $50K+/year assembling from 6-7 separate tools
  • You'll learn how B2B outbound actually works — from lead scoring to email deliverability to reply handling
  • You'll sell a technical product (AI development) to sophisticated buyers (funded founders) — this is high-value consultative selling, not transactional
  • You'll be trained on the tools that are reshaping B2B sales: Apollo.io, Smartlead, Expandi, Gemini AI, Claude AI

What You'll Do

Month 1 — Learn the Machine

  • Understand TrueTech's products, portfolio (66 projects, 5 AI products), and ICP (funded startup founders)
  • Learn PipeAI end-to-end: lead discovery, AI scoring, email personalization, LinkedIn sequences, reply classification
  • Shadow the founder on prospect calls and proposal walkthroughs
  • Start managing lead lists: Apollo searches, email verification, Supabase database management

Month 2 — Run the Outreach

  • Own daily outreach execution: monitor campaign performance, review AI-drafted replies, flag opportunities
  • Manage the PipeAI sales dashboard: track daily/weekly/monthly metrics
  • Research prospects: funding announcements, company news, LinkedIn activity
  • Draft and refine email sequences based on performance data
  • Coordinate with the referral program — track outreach and follow-ups

Month 3 — Own the Pipeline

  • Independently qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Prepare meeting briefs for founder-led sales calls
  • Contribute to proposal preparation using AI-generated drafts
  • Manage the deal pipeline from first reply to meeting booked
  • Present weekly pipeline reports with insights and recommendations

What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • Strong written English — you'll be writing to US/UK startup founders
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, SaaS, and how technology products are built
  • Comfort with data and tools — you'll work in dashboards, spreadsheets, and CRMs daily
  • Self-discipline to execute a daily routine consistently (outbound is a process, not a one-off)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Panchkula/Chandigarh region

Good to have:

  • Any exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email)
  • Understanding of the startup ecosystem — what funding rounds mean, what founders care about
  • Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts (you don't need to code, but you should know what an LLM is)
  • Experience using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for work tasks

  • Your degree or college name
  • Previous sales targets hit on paper
  • Certifications

What You'll Learn

This role is designed as a launchpad. After 3 months, you'll have hands-on experience with:

  • AI-powered B2B sales — the fastest-growing segment of sales tech
  • Outbound sales infrastructure — email deliverability, domain reputation, multi-channel sequencing
  • CRM and pipeline management — deal stages, conversion metrics, revenue forecasting
  • The US/UK startup market — how funding works, what founders buy, how deals close internationally
  • AI tools in production — not toy demos, but real AI systems generating real business outcomes

This is the kind of experience that typically takes 2-3 years at a large company. You'll get it in 3 months because you're working directly with the founder on a live revenue engine.

Compensation & Growth

  • Internship (3 months): (discussed at interview)
  • Full-time conversion: ₹2.40 LPA base + performance incentives tied to meetings booked and deals influenced
  • Growth path: AI Sales Associate → AI Sales Executive → Sales Lead as TrueTech scales its outbound team
  • Incentive structure: Bonus per qualified meeting booked, bonus per deal closed through your pipeline
