Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with new and existing customers to provide tailored lighting solutions, meet sales targets, and expand the company's customer base. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing proposals. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align on strategic sales goals and providing training to customers and team members on product offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain productive client relationships
- Experience in delivering Training to clients or team members to enhance understanding of product features
- Knowledge of the lighting or electrical industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
