Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Sales
- Greet and interact with clients professionally
- Understand client requirements for interior design or fit-out projects
- Provide product information, pricing, and solutions as per client needs
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom / business targets
Lead & Opportunity Management
- Maintain records of client inquiries, leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for quotations and proposals
- Support sales team in closing leads and project orders
Showroom / Project Support
- Maintain product displays, samples, and showroom aesthetics
- Assist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and presentations
- Support delivery and project coordination with clients and internal teams
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales and client records in CRM or MIS
- Track follow-ups, approvals, and pending quotations
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and foster excellent client experiences.
- Experience of 2 - 5 years in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients and team members to ensure product knowledge and expertise.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
