Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Sales

  • Greet and interact with clients professionally
  • Understand client requirements for interior design or fit-out projects
  • Provide product information, pricing, and solutions as per client needs
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom / business targets

Lead & Opportunity Management

  • Maintain records of client inquiries, leads, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for quotations and proposals
  • Support sales team in closing leads and project orders

Showroom / Project Support

  • Maintain product displays, samples, and showroom aesthetics
  • Assist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and presentations
  • Support delivery and project coordination with clients and internal teams

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain sales and client records in CRM or MIS
  • Track follow-ups, approvals, and pending quotations
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and foster excellent client experiences.
  • Experience of 2 - 5 years in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients and team members to ensure product knowledge and expertise.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
