Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with experience in field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, building strong relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales activities.
• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote banking, financial, and insurance products.
• Conduct market visits and generate quality leads.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduate is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
• BFSI, Banking, Insurance or Finance experience preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be comfortable with field sales.
• Local candidates preferred.

Compensation

Up to 5.70 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits.
