Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Officer to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits and follow up with prospects.
• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Maintain regular sales and customer records.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales.
• BFSI/Banking/Insurance experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Candidate should be comfortable with field sales.
