Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be on the front lines of our B2B growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with procurement heads and production managers, and positioning Suryadevara Polytech as their preferred technical chemical partner.
You will not just be selling products; you will be offering tailored, technical solutions to help our clients improve their manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients within the PVC compounding, pipe, cable, and plastics manufacturing sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific manufacturing challenges and raw material requirements.
- Technical Consultative Selling: Present tailored product solutions (e.g., One-Pack systems, Ca-Zn stabilizers) and effectively communicate their technical and commercial benefits.
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to securing Trial Orders (POs) and finalizing bulk supply agreements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support, ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any technical queries in coordination with our engineering team.
- Global Digital Footprint: Driving inbound lead generation and expanding brand visibility across PAN-India and African markets through targeted digital outreach and a robust online corporate presence.
Qualifications- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales and account management. (Experience in the manufacturing, polymer, or chemical industry is a strong advantage).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi, with the ability to confidently pitch to senior executives and plant managers.
- Sales Acumen: Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Technical Aptitude: A willingness to learn the technical aspects of polymer chemistry and PVC extrusion to effectively consult with clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and a customer-first approach.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
