Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing client relationships, and presenting our residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, negotiating sales contracts, following up with leads, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will also coordinate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies. Expected salary would range from 15k to 25k (depending on experience).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, customer relations, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
