Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kanpur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include connecting with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves delivering training sessions to customers and staying updated on products and industry trends to provide expert sales advice.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and address inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in Sales Management to develop strategies, track progress, and report results effectively.
  • Training skills to guide and educate customers or team members as needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
