Job Description

About RNZ:

RNZ is a global AGRI Inputs company based in UAE, manufacturing customized

foliar and granular NPKs. Also RNZ produces Sulphur based products using

Thiogro patented process in technical collaboration with Shell. RNZ runs a

full fledged Research Centre working on ideation to commercial production of

patented, fully sustainable biostimulants and bio pesticides for meeting

future farming needs. 

The Opportunity:

B2B sales is responsible for developing a business strategy for selling the company's products and services to assigned current and potential Strategic Enterprise customers. Manages overall relationship with Enterprise customers and is accountable for revenue and profit goals for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

*       Develops a profitable growth strategy for selling the company's products to current and potential customers including specific plans to achieve both short and long term profitable growth. Works with assigned Strategic Enterprise customer accounts as the lead point of contact within the organization to deliver revenue targets and outstanding customer service.

*       Executes sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

*       Understands customer business strategy, decision-making process, and customer culture to develop a path for negotiating and closing new business opportunities.

*       Seeks out and collaborates with the RNZ team to bring the best product and technical expertise to the Enterprise accounts

*       Assists in development of sales and marketing budget and subsequently ensures adherence to the budget numbers.

*       Contributes to positive Company image, supports regional and national trade shows and markets

*       This position requires the ability to make independent decisions or determine when to seek assistance from peers or supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Sc or M. Sc (Agriculture)(optional) with MBA in Marketing from reputed

institutes

Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in sales of specialty manufactured &

traded agri inputs to large agri enterprise customers. Proven track record of developing sales and driving market share growth. Possesses effective negotiation and analytical business selling skills, including experience in prospecting, quoting, closing profitable new business, and negotiating large contracts and long-term agreements.
