Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing leads, conducting property tours, and building long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales presentations, negotiating lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will also coordinate with internal teams and participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales strategies and skills.

Qualifications
