Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist – Resale (Real Estate) role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will manage end-to-end resale transactions, including prospecting leads, conducting property visits, and presenting resale options that align with clients investment and lifestyle goals. Responsibilities include maintaining and nurturing client relationships, handling inquiries, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through documentation and closing processes. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and developers, keeping accurate records in CRM tools, and staying updated on local market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings. The Sales Specialist may also participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and promotional activities to drive resale business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer service skills to build trust, handle queries, and provide a positive end-to-end client experience.
  • Proven sales abilities in real estate or related sectors, with experience in lead conversion and target achievement.
  • Exposure to sales management or coordination, including pipeline tracking and basic reporting.
  • Experience delivering or participating in training sessions related to sales, products, or processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with real estate resale processes in Bengaluru and understanding of local market dynamics is preferred.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage leads and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in real estate sales can be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Ability to work on-site, conduct frequent property visits, and maintain a professional, ethical approach in all client and partner interactions.
