We are seeking a Sales Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in the Indian job market to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients
• Create and deliver presentations to clients highlighting the benefits of our products and services
• Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required
