We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products/services to potential customers, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets and goals through effective planning and execution of sales strategies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential customers
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers
- Tracking sales data and reporting on sales performance
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and overall business success
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as required
