We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products/services to potential customers, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets and goals through effective planning and execution of sales strategies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential customers
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers
• Tracking sales data and reporting on sales performance
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and overall business success

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
