Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage potential clients, manage ongoing client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include delivering persuasive sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to customize printing solutions for varied customer needs. Additionally, the role involves offering training to clients about products and services where applicable and overseeing key aspects of sales management within assigned territories or accounts.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and address inquiries effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently.
  • Ability to effectively deliver Training to clients or teammates concerning product offerings and service processes.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with strategic thinking aimed at identifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools, as well as familiarity with the print industry, is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
