We're looking for a Sales Head who doesn't just chase targets; they set the pace for the industry. A natural connector, an inspiring leader, and a master of momentum, a person who knows how to make every opportunity count and every relationship last.
What You'll Own
- Spearhead sales growth across Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai branches, building a unified vision and driving consistent performance.
- Lead and mentor a stellar team of AGMs, Senior Managers, and Sales Pros, shaping them into strategic storytellers and client champions.
- Identify new markets, elevate client experiences, and build long-term partnerships with luxury, lifestyle, and corporate brands.
- Collaborate closely with the VP and Brand Leadership to translate business ambitions into tangible revenue and growth.
- Keep the brand ahead of the curve, leveraging trends, digital tools, and intuition to make Phase 1 the first call for every destination brief.
