Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Showroom
Location: Okna Showroom, Mohali
Reports To: Sales Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales operations at our Okna showroom in Mohali. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily showroom sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
* Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team to deliver excellent customer service and close sales effectively.
* Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide detailed product information.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase walk-in conversions and repeat business.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
* Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
* Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and showroom presentation.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination.
* Manage inventory coordination with the warehouse and ensure product availability.
* Identify new business opportunities and local market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* 36 years of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, windows/doors, or home improvement products.
* Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Strong customer relationship management skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
