This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sholapur for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with suitable products or solutions. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, providing customer support, and ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating training sessions for operational staff. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Knowledge and ability in providing Training to staff related to product operations
• Proficiency in relationship building and maintaining client satisfaction
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the healthcare, medical equipment, or related industries is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
