Title: Sales Specialist - Microscopy
Location: Chennai, Bhubaneswar, and Kerala
Division: Microimaging
Primary Role
The ideal candidate for this position will excel at generating and securing new business opportunities for the Micro Imaging division, which specializes in high-end microscopes, advanced imaging solutions, and related equipment. Utilising a technical sales approach and leveraging their expertise, they will identify and qualify leads, creating sales opportunities with both new and existing customers in the field of micro imaging instruments. Job Description
- Identify and develop new sales leads for high-end microscopy and imaging products
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by building a robust customer pipeline
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical discussions with potential clients
- Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams for sales and support activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Participate in industry events, including seminars, exhibitions, training sessions, and product launches
- Stay updated on market trends, tenders, and institutional procurement opportunities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including quotations, negotiations, order closing, and payment collection
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Experience & Qualification
- MSc. Biotechnology /Bioscience/ Biophysics/ LiveScience's
- B.Tech Electronics & Telecommunication with 2-6 yrs relevant experience
