Sales Specialist

We are looking for confident and customer-oriented Telecallers who are fluent in English and can effectively communicate with customers over the phone.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining financial products and services, and helping customers make informed choices based on their needs.

On-the-job training will be provided on our products, processes, systems, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through outbound and inbound calls and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain various fintech and financial products in a simple, clear, and customer-friendly manner.

• Educate customers about products such as: Personal Loans, Pre-Qualified / Pre-Approved Loan Offers, Car Loans, Insurance Products, Overdraft Facilities, Balance Transfer, Loan Consolidation & Other lending and fintech-related financial solutions
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about product features, eligibility, documentation, and processes.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products based on their requirements.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales process.
• Achieve defined call quality, productivity, lead conversion, and business targets.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Customer-focused approach with good persuasion and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of computers and CRM systems.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, BFSI, fintech, lending, or insurance will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.

Training & Support

On-the-job training will be provided. You will be trained on:
