Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Specialist to join our Liver & Kidney Transplant Division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a highly specialized therapy area and contribute to improving outcomes for transplant patients.

What you will do includes:

  • Promote and drive sales of immunosuppressant and transplant-related products across assigned institutions and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), transplant surgeons, nephrologists, hepatologists, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Conduct scientific discussions, product presentations, and educational programs to enhance product awareness and adoption.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market development initiatives within the transplant specialty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic business plans and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to effectively position our products.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Pharm or Science Graduate.
  • 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Experience in Transplant, Nephrology, Hepatology, Immunosuppressants, or Specialty Care will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
