Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Bolpur Sriniketan. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with team members to implement effective sales strategies.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and Sales Management to achieve targets and oversee sales operations.
- Experience in Training and guiding team members to enhance performance and drive results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment to meet organizational goals.
- Proven problem-solving skills, adaptability, and familiarity with technology-based business solutions like JD Omni are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
