Job Description

We are seeking a high-velocity Senior Sales Specialist to spearhead our global expansion across the US, Europe, and India. This is a front-line revenue role requiring end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while ensuring alignment between client needs and driving Sales for Managed Talent Solutions.

Important Note:

⚠ Only candidates with core experience in Talent Solutions / IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation domain will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibility:

  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from high-level prospecting and lead qualification to complex negotiations and contract execution.
  • Execute targeted outbound strategies (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo) to penetrate Tier-1 and Mid Market accounts across the US, EMEA, APAC and Indian markets & Identify new business opportunities to span global footprint.
  • Analyze client technical ecosystems and business pain points to architect tailored engagement models (Contract, Managed Services, or Permanent Placement etc.).
  • Lead the commercial discussion for large-scale Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring favorable terms and sustainable margins.
  • Partner closely with internal Talent Acquisition (TA) squads to ensure a seamless bridge between client expectations and technical fulfillment.
  • Manage client relationships and drive business farming and account growth.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation including proposals, contracts, SOWs, and client communication records.

Key Skills Required:

  • 6-8 years of experience in IT staffing/talent solutions sales.
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quotas within the Staff Augmentation landscape. Deep understanding of the global recruitment lifecycle, current tech trends (AI, Cloud, Java/Python ecosystems), and regional market nuances.
  • Experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and client management.
  • Power-user of the modern sales stack, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and advanced CRM workflows.
  • Exceptional written & verbal Communication skills with the ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders and technical hiring managers alike.
  • Ability to work independently with the backing of a robust global delivery engine.
