About the Role:Location: Pune City (On-site)

Compensation: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month + attractive sales-based/commission
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and ambitious Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Pune.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in helping customers make meaningful decisions, and wants to grow into a leadership role over time.
You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend furniture solutions, and ensure a premium customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
This role reports directly to Sanskar Jain, and offers close mentorship, hands-on exposure to business growth, and a clear career progression path.
Duties:We are looking for someone who is:
Prior experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, lifestyle retail, or premium sales is a strong advantage — but attitude, communication, and willingness to learn matter most.
A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though practical experience and strong people skills are equally valued.
