Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist in Loans to join our team on-site at our Mumbai office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting client consultations, and meeting sales targets. You will actively engage with clients to understand their financial needs, offer tailored loan solutions, and provide training and guidance on loan products. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Management team to develop strategies for growth and success.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to build strong client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding targets
• Ability to deliver Training related to loan products and sales processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with financial products and loan procedures is an advantage
