Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HORECA professional with 35 years of proven industry expertise. The candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with hospitality clients, driving sales, and ensuring Honeyman products are positioned as the preferred natural sweetener and wellness solution across HORECA establishments in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business in the HORECA channel by targeting hotels, restaurants, cafs, banquets, and catering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as F&B managers, chefs, procurement heads, and purchase departments.
- Promote Honeyman's product portfolio (honey, honey-based foods, wellness products) tailored for bulk and institutional requirements.
- Drive sales growth through new client acquisition and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends in the HORECA sector and recommend product innovations.
- Monitor competition and provide insights to strengthen Honeyman's positioning in the HORECA industry.
Must-Haves
- 35 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably in FMCG / food & beverage / wellness brands.
- Strong network and relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafs, and catering services in Delhi NCR.
- Proven ability in business development, negotiations, and key account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of bulk pricing, costing, and supply chain dynamics.
Good-to-Haves
- Prior experience in premium/natural/health-focused products.
- Knowledge of HORECA procurement processes and vendor onboarding.
- Ability to identify market trends and propose customized solutions for hospitality clients.
Compensation
- Salary: 50,000 onwards (depending on experience and expertise).
- Performance-based incentives linked to sales growth and key account acquisition.
