Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving enrollments, building strong customer relationships, and helping learners choose the right career path.

Role: Sales Specialist (Paid Role)

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years

CTC: 3.5 – 5 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA Variable

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programs

Deliver product/course presentations and counselling sessions

Manage end-to-end sales cycle and achieve monthly targets

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Sales

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proven ability to manage leads and close deals

Experience in education sales / training solutions is a plus

Knowledge of Data, AI, or Tech programs is an added advantage

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset

Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
