Job Description

THI Sales Specialist, India

– Reports to THI Global Leader

– Expectations of role:

  • Set net new appointments through calling into GBS/SCC/GSS leaders, center leaders, and heads of training for the GBS/SCC/GSS, along with following up with email/marketing campaign leads to set first meeting (M1) appointments in designated regions and accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with other THI Sales Specialists.
  • Work in a team environment as necessary to identify target companies and executives and in joint pursuits to close THI business.
  • Will be expected to coordinate regional THI sales and account activities between Hackett sales teams.
  • Capable of successfully executing an end-to-end sales pursuit from targeting, calling, setting meetings with prospects, needs identification, solution positioning, meeting follow-up, pricing and proposal development, working with prospect's procurement and legal representatives as needed to execute the contract, and notifying all necessary fulfillment/delivery teams inside Hackett to kick off all delivery processes.
  • Post initial sale, transitioning into account management farmer mode to perform the new client launch call/meeting with their team, hold monthly checkpoint calls with the client sponsor to discuss training program progress, and quickly position client sponsors to sign up for larger, programmatic reload sales that should be 3-5 times larger than the initial sale.
  • – Annual bonus target of 10% of base salary for achievement of overall THI sales plan (total revenue goal for the region consisting of all THI program sales) for India.
  • – Individual sales commissions earned for selling THI programs, 5% ramping to 10% based on sales volumes and achievement of specific targets.
