Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit cards.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and charges clearly to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Assist customers with the application process and documentation over calls.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Follow compliance guidelines and ethical calling practices.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- 15 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or credit card sales preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of credit cards or banking products is an advantage.
- Must have a smartphone / laptop, stable internet connection, and headset.
