Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets, actively engaging with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating customized fitness solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting client consultations, managing sales processes, and providing guidance on product or service offerings to meet their specific needs. The candidate will also participate in training sessions to enhance effectiveness in sales strategies and customer interactions.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide effective Training and guidance to others
- Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
