• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for providing innovative solutions to client challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and technical presentation software is desirable
