Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Alwar. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, visit retailers, contractors, and institutional buyers, and promote Everbond Paints product portfolio. Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, providing shade and product recommendations, preparing quotations, and negotiating within approved guidelines to achieve sales targets. The role involves maintaining regular follow-ups with existing customers, resolving basic product or service queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences, and support product demonstrations, local events, and training sessions for channel partners as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and handling queries professionally.
  • Proven Sales experience, ideally in paints, building materials, or related industries, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exposure to Training or product demonstrations for dealers, contractors, or sales partners is an advantage.
  • Experience or aptitude in Sales Management activities such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and territory planning is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Alwar, conduct regular field visits, and travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort using mobile or web-based CRM tools.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
