Seeking a motivated and confident Expansion Executive to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in telesales, communication, and achieving sales conversions. All leads will be provided by the companyallowing you to focus purely on closing deals and meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to company-generated leads.
- Present and pitch products/services clearly and professionally.
- Convert prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently handle outbound calling.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up ability.
- Laptop is compulsory for this role.
