Job Title: Sr Executive CRM
Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy for revenue
generation by connecting with potential clients.
Business Development Responsibilities-
Develop and secure daily leads through various channels including doctors, consulting
doctors, hospitals, referral networks, and corporate tie-ups.
Create daily lead sources from Doctors | Hospitals | Referral Network | Corporate etc.
Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
Make outgoing telephone calls to prospective accredited businesses within a designated
market area.
Drive overall organization and revenue growth through driving walk ins and scheduled B2C
qualified leads into viewings | move-in conversions.
Reviewing and analyzing all leads from the CRM and ensuring latest up to date lead
qualification status all all times.
Make sales presentations within established Epoch guidelines and approved Epoch sales
script.
Conduct through Geo-Mapping and secure appointments with relevant stakeholders in
various corporate.
Undertake corporate agreements and ensure timely despatch of invoice as well as timely
collection of receivables.
Be the face of Epoch at all desk setups in the Conferences | Events @ RWA or Corporates Adhere to the Epoch Code of Conduct for Ethics in Business Development.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective accredited businesses.
Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace and within the
Epoch system to be able to properly screen prospective accredited businesses.
Achieve monthly | quarterly | annual targets as defined Undertaking market research and
having a deep understanding of the competition landscape

Qualifications & Experience:
Most recent experience in a similar business
Bachelors (any), Masters preferred
