Role Description

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, delivering presentations, providing customer support, and closing deals. Additionally, you will contribute to sales strategy development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring new team members on sales processes and techniques.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and aptitude for working collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in technology-driven industries or 3D printing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
