We're looking for a driven sales professional in Pune to own our buyer side — from first call to closed deal. You'll work with surplus lots across electrical, automation, cutting tools, and MRO categories, and build lasting relationships with India's trading and repair ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and connect with traders, retrofitters, stockists, and repair companies across India
- Meet buyers in person to build trust and understand their sourcing needs
- Negotiate pricing on surplus lots and drive deals to closure
- Coordinate physical inspections between buyers and inventory
- Convert inbound leads and develop new buyer relationships
- Run and support buyer-side outreach campaigns (calling, WhatsApp, field visits)
- Onboard and induct new buyers onto the platform
- Grow repeat business and build a strong buyer pipeline
Requirements
- 2–5 years in industrial / B2B sales (electrical, automation, MRO, tools, or trading background preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and face-to-face negotiation
- Strong communication in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Result-oriented mindset — focused on closing, not just calling
- Based in Pune or willing to travel across the region
- Graduate; technical/engineering background is an advantage
