About the Role
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B enterprise sales experience, the ability to engage with CXOs and decision-makers, and a proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and enterprise solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities across Tamil Nadu.
- Identify and develop opportunities for:
- ECM / DMS Solutions
- Document Digitization Projects
- Historical Records Scanning
- OCR / AI-based Data Extraction
- Workflow Automation
- Digital Transformation Consulting
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition
- Meet and engage with:
- CXOs
- IT Heads
- Admin Heads
- Finance Heads
- Records Management Teams
- Other key decision-makers
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Understand customer pain points and propose customized enterprise solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Handle commercial negotiations and close business deals.
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities for:
- Software licenses
- Digitization services
- AMC and support contracts
- Ensure repeat business and long-term customer engagement.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead databases and sales funnel reports.
- Prepare weekly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Track target achievement and business performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.
Preferred Industry Experience
