Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, providing product training, and contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales management team to achieve targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in providing Training and developing tailored solutions for diverse clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
