Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Lucknow. The Sales Specialist will engage with potential customers, promote company services, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include nurturing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer support, managing sales processes, and conducting training sessions as needed. The role also involves strategizing and achieving sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including handling sales pipelines and achieving revenue goals
- Ability to coordinate and conduct Training sessions for team members and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in the construction or technology sector is an added advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
