Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and presenting the best solutions to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing and closing sales processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the training team to offer personalized client solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to onboard customers or sales teams if necessary
  • Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve client concerns and close deals effectively
  • Proactive thinker with self-motivation and the ability to work independently as part of an on-site team
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in education services or training industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Local candidate will be preferred first
