Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include participating in sales strategy development, handling customer inquiries, conducting training sessions for clients or team members, and contributing to overall business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in delivering or participating in Training sessions
• Proficiency in fostering client relationships and achieving sales goals
• Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Familiarity with jewelry or luxury goods markets is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
