We're Hiring | Sales Specialist (BDA / BDR/ BDM) based out of Chennai & Bangalore!

Role Description

As a full-time Sales Specialist based in Chennai & Bangalore, you will play a key role in driving business growth through active prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align the sales strategy and deliver training to enhance team performance. This is an on-site role that requires excellent interpersonal and strategic skills to meet revenue targets and foster long-term customer partnerships.

We're growing fast and need a sharp Sales Specialist to join our Chennai team.

What you'll own:

Outbound prospecting — field visits

Microsoft Solutions – Data & AI, Infrastructure, Modern Work, Digital works, Security

Building lasting relationships with enterprise & mid-market clients

You're a great fit if you have:

2–3 years in B2B / SaaS / IT sales

Comfort with field sales and client-facing roles

Strong communication in English

A hunger to learn cloud and AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Experience delivering Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven industries such as cloud and data solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
