Caterersnearme is a technology-enabled catering platform that helps customers discover, compare, and book verified caterers for parties, corporate events, celebrations, and other occasions.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist – Lead Conversion who will be responsible for converting inbound leads generated through Google Ads, digital marketing, and other online channels into confirmed catering orders.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to speak with incoming leads, understand their requirements, recommend suitable catering options, follow up with prospects, negotiate where required, and convert leads into confirmed sales.

This is a highly target-driven role where your performance will be directly linked to the number and value of orders you successfully close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to inbound leads generated through Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels.
• Contact leads promptly and understand their event requirements, including date, location, guest count, cuisine, budget, and menu preferences.
• Recommend suitable caterers and catering packages based on customer requirements.
• Share quotations, menus, and relevant information with prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate with customers where required while maintaining company pricing and margins.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Identify patterns in customer objections and feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Focus on maximizing both conversion rate and revenue generated from incoming leads.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Performance Incentive: Attractive commission on sales generated after achieving the assigned monthly target.

Who Are We Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, tele-sales, business development, or lead conversion is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in B2C sales, hospitality, catering, events, or other service-based businesses will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.
• Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Good WhatsApp, email, and basic computer skills.
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Must be comfortable working from office in Mumbai.
