Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full sales lifecycle, from lead qualification through deal closure, converting prospects into long-term, active accounts.
  • Secure and manage carrier capacity via high-volume outbound communication, aligning driver availability with customer shipment requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end logistics experience.
  • Perform ongoing market and logistics analysis to identify growth opportunities, track pricing trends, and support data-driven commercial decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Solid commercial acumen with a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Prior exposure to U.S. logistics operations is considered a strong asset.
  • Highly disciplined, results-driven, and capable of making fast, accurate decisions in a dynamic environment.
