Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will manage customer inquiries, engage with potential clients, and promote corporate gifting solutions. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, delivering high-quality customer service, managing sales processes, and contributing to overall team goals. The role may also involve providing training to junior colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proven proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve targets
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in corporate sales or gifting industries is a plus
