Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will engage with inbound and assigned leads, qualify user intent, educate them on the program journey, and convert interest into consult bookings and paid GLP-1 enrollments. This is a phone-first, target-driven closure role requiring strong follow-up, disciplined CRM usage, and the ability to sell a health program with empathy, clarity, and trust.

• Engage with fresh and follow-up leads from app traffic, campaigns, referrals, and partner channels.

• Understand user goals, health context, and readiness; guide them to the appropriate next step in the GLP-1 journey.

• Drive consult bookings and ensure conversion to payment and onboarding.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, dispositions, and follow-up timelines.

• Handle objections related to pricing, safety, side effects, outcomes, and commitment using approved frameworks.

• Collaborate with doctors, care teams, and operations to ensure a seamless post-sale experience.

• Consistently meet daily and monthly targets across connects, bookings, revenue, and collections. 

Skills and Experience

· 1–4 years of experience in tele-sales / tele-calling / inside sales.

· Preferred experience in weight-loss programs, diagnostics, healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness.

· Strong ownership and closure mindset, with the ability to manage multi-touch sales cycles.

· Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.

· Comfortable working from the office, using CRM systems, and operating in a target-driven environment.
